The service

/tools is a free collection of online tools, such as a QR code generator, with more tools added over time. The tools run in your browser. There are no accounts, subscriptions, or payments.

We may add, change, or remove tools and features at any time, and we may stop offering the site. Because your work is created and saved on your own device, anything you’ve already downloaded stays yours and keeps working.

Free to use

The tools are free. There are no watermarks, and you don’t need to credit /tools. If we ever introduce paid features, we’ll announce it on the site first, and nothing you already created will be affected.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use /tools to:

• create QR codes or other content that leads to phishing, malware, scams, or anything that tricks people;
• create or process illegal content, or content that sexually exploits minors or promotes violence or hatred;
• process images, audio, or other files you don’t have the right to use, or infringe anyone’s trademarks, copyright, or privacy;
• disguise where a link really goes in order to deceive people;
• attack, overload, scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the site, or try to get around its limits.

We may block access to the site for anyone who breaks these rules. To report misuse, email privacy@yourdomain.com.

Your content

What you put into the tools, and what you create with them, is yours. You can use the results for any lawful purpose, including commercial use. Because the tools run in your browser, we don’t receive, store, or claim any rights to your content.

You are responsible for your content and how you use the results, including making sure you have the rights to any images, logos, or recordings you use, and that QR codes you print point where you intend.

Our site and software

The /tools name, logo, website design, and software belong to us or our licensors. These terms don’t give you any rights to them, other than to use the site as intended. Some parts of the site use open-source software, which remains under its own licenses.

Links to other sites

The site, or content you create with it, may link to websites we don’t control. We aren’t responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimer

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We work to keep the tools accurate and available, but we can’t guarantee that they will always work, be error-free, or produce the result you need. Always check your results before relying on them. For example, scan a QR code with a few phones before you print it, and keep your original files.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost data, or reprinting costs, arising from your use of the site. Because the service is free, our total liability for any claim is limited to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, or rights you have as a consumer that can’t be waived.

How we handle information is described in our privacy policy and cookie notice.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms as the site changes. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without removing any protections the law of your country gives you as a consumer.
